The prices are very AFFORDABLE! Such a good location. They have it all here! They have a studio with a Cryotherapy chamber and an infrared sauna. Studio is very clean and neat. They do an excellent job of explaining everything and making you feel comfortable. You can also get a workout on the other side of the complex in 3 other rooms. This is now my go-to spot!

Let me first start by saying that Jireh Cryotherapy was one of the best experiences I have had since sustaining my foot injury back during my college basketball days in 2014. I was welcomed with open arms and felt extremely comfortable the entire time. I would highly suggest any athletes in the southern California area to check them out.

I have been coming to EJ for almost 2 months and he has corrected years of damage I did to my body. I am able to play sports and workout without the pain I had been dealing with for close to a decade. Wish I had started this years ago for preventative measures. Highly recommend!
